This interior design project brings to life a restaurant in the heart of Valencia, inspired by the Mediterranean Sea, the El Saler Natural Park, and the dunes that embrace the Valencian coastline.
Soft, curved lines on the walls and ceilings envelop the space, lending an organic and modern feel. The resulting atmosphere exudes calm, personality, and style: contemporary yet timeless. A touch of sophistication is provided by the numerous works of art and sculptures that grace every corner, all created by local artists.
The subtle selection of textures—plaster, rough stucco, natural sand, lime mortar, acoustic panels, and the living roof that dominates the main dining room—evokes a natural and respectful world, which, together with the chosen color palette, subconsciously transports us to the serenity of the sea at sunset. This serenity is represented by the fire (so characteristic of the local culture) of a steam chimney that rises from the natural dunes of the courtyard, serving as the project's central architectural focal point from the entrance.
The carefully designed lighting includes jellyfish sculptures crafted from silk-effect bamboo macramé, created exclusively for Onlyou, reinforcing the restaurant's unique character.
Every technical, artistic, and decorative element transforms the restaurant into a living work of art, where the culinary experience unfolds within a serene and impeccable setting.
