Requena y Plaza has developed this hotel, which presents a new concept of a functional establishment specializing in business travelers seeking a superior level of comfort and luxury. Around these two premises, the studio has crafted an "elegant vintage" interior design style that emphasizes functionality and timeless comfort.

It is a hotel designed for the comfort of guests seeking rest during flight layovers, or for those looking for a business "home base" for several days or weeks.
The design of its spacious and functional rooms, with a wide range of layouts, comfortable armchairs, and modern workspaces, features warm, earthy tones and woods that lend the space a sense of intimacy and tranquility. Special attention has been paid to the bathrooms, with a simple and understated decor, like an oasis of relaxation, dominated by tobacco tones and black accents.

Its Business Center and lobby spaces are designed as a functional and contemporary setting for meetings and business gatherings, with a touch of the 1920s to 1950s, featuring decorative friezes that evoke the Mondrian aesthetic.

The entire space is designed to encourage conversation, with areas for meetings and elegant, inviting furniture, including spacious armchairs with high backs for added soundproofing and discretion.
