One of our most recent projects was the complete renovation and furnishing of six apartments located in a historic building next to Granada's iconic Gran Vía. The property sought an exclusive and distinctive design approach, with the goal of positioning the apartments in a premium segment within the tourist and mid-stay rental market.

At Menfis, we handled the entire furnishing process: from interior design conceptualization, selection of materials and furniture, to final installation, ensuring quality at every stage. Each apartment was treated as a unique space, respecting the original structure of the renovated building but giving it a contemporary and welcoming identity.
